Ebony Pigment is a dark value with a yellow base.This ultra-concentrated formula covers old orange, green & red PMU. The resulting colour is flat black. The ingredients are a combination of pigments, glycerin, witch hazel, isopropyl alcohol, aqua, rosin, and DMDM hydantoin.
